90 minute mornings
I lay motionless. Devastated. Why do I find myself in same rut again? Clueless about structure of my days? Then a quote ran inside my brain
If you win your mornings, you win your days
"That's it" I thought.
What if I can conquer the first 90 minutes of the day? I don't require myself to produce specific numbers. Wordcount. Pages. Nothing. I create a morning structure. I squeeze the most crucial items in. Allocate time limit for each. Then rinse and repeat.
I haven't filled the structure yet except for two items. Vocabulary and writing. I deem them important for my aspirations. They'll help in multiple ways. I'll figure out other items gradually.
- 25 minutes: vocabulary
- 25 minutes: writing
- 10 minutes: stretching
- 15 minutes: walk outside
- 15 minutes: ideas
